Preparations
Please have your butter at room temperature before we get started. There is no other prep work necessary. We will measure and do everything else together.
Take a close look at the equipment list. Oreos can be a little fussy to roll and cut, but we can make things easy for ourselves by using parchment part and a thin knife or off-set spatula to help lift the cut out cookies from the counter.
