  • whisk

  • stand mixer with paddle attachment OR food processor OR wooden spoon

  • 1 or 2 mixing bowls

  • rubber spatula

  • aluminum foil

  • cookie sheet or baking pan

  • parchment paper

  • rolling pin (rolling pin guides are useful if you have a dowel style rolling pin) (there is an option to press the dough into the tart shell rather than roll out)
