Microwave for one minute. Whisk until mixture is smooth and chocolate totally melted. Whisk in oil and melted butter. Mixture might be a little curdled looking, but that is okay.Whisk in eggs until mixture is smooth.Whisk in sugar and vanilla.Fold in flour and salt with a rubber spatula until almost no streaks of flour remain.Add cup of chocolate chips and fold in.Pour into a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
