Ingredients
All-purpose flour, about 1/2 cup (or about 1 cup if using only all-purpose)
Cake flour, 3/4 cup
Sugar, 1/2 cup
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Unsalted butter, 11 ounces (about 3 sticks)
Large Egg, 1
Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1/3 cup
Milk, 1/4 cup
Vanilla, 4 tsp
Heavy Cream, 1/4 cup
Rainbow sprinkles, 1 cup
Powdered sugar, 1 pound
Equipment
12-cup cupcake or muffin pan
12 paper cupcake wrappers/liners (avoid the foil ones as they tend to pull away from cupcakes)
Electric mixer, handheld or stand (you could make these by hand, but an electric mixer is strongly recommended)
Large mixing bowl
Whisk
Sifter or fine mesh sieve
Rubber spatula
