Baking powder

Sugar (2 tsp)

Salt

Block cheddar cheese (8 oz, finely grated)

Heavy cream (8 fl. oz.)

2 eggs

Equipment

Mixing bowl

Rolling pin

Parchment paper (important for rolling out, please do not skip or try to subsitute wax paper or aluminum foil)

Rubber spatula

2 large baking pans or cookie sheets

Pastry brush (for brushing on egg wash, a bunched up paper towel will do in a pinch)

Fluted pastry wheel or pizza wheel

Optional:

Measuring tape or ruler for accurate cuting

skewer for docking the crackers
