Instructions & Prep Work

Butter needs to be around room temperature. Please remove from the fridge 1 hour before class. Have ingredients handy, but please do not pre-measure or take any other preparatory measures unless I specifically instruct. Part of learning to bake is learning to measure out and prepare ingredients. None of the ingredients for this class need to be at a particular temperature.

Commercial, creamy peanut butter is important for success in this class. Save the natural or organic peanut butter for PB&Js.
