Cookie cutter (peanut or bikini shape if you want to make them look like nutter butters, otherwise any shape is fine)
Parchment paper
1-2 large cookie sheets or baking sheets
Bench scraper (optional)
Off-set spatula or butter knife
2 mixing bowls
Electric mixer (handmixer or stand mixer)
