Ingredients should be at room temperature. Have other ingredients handy, but do not pre-measure or take any other preparatory measures until I instruct. Part of learning to bake is learning to measure out and prepare ingredients.

Please note that while the live class made these bars over two days, the caramel only needs about 1 1/2 hours to set before it can be topped with chocolate.
