Preparations
Cream cheese, butter and sour cream should all be at room temperature before we begin. Graham crackers should also be ground into crumbs before we start. You can use a food processor or blender to grind them up. To grind by hand, put the graham crackers in a sturdy, gallon sized bag and grind them up with a rolling pin.
