Cream cheese, 2 8-ounce bricks (not the tub or whipped variety, must be the brick version)

Graham Cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 cups (from 10-12 rectangular graham crackers)

Granulated sugar, 2 cups

1 cup sour cream

2 large eggs

Butter, 5 tablespoons

Vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons

Equipment

9-inch pie plate

1 or 2 Large mixing bowls

Whisk

Rubber spatula

Optional: Electric mixer, handheld or stand is helpful, but not necessary
