Prep
Butter preperation: grate your butter on the large side of a box grater, or cut into very small cubes (about 1/4 inch) before class. Hold grated butter in the freeze until class. Hold cubed butter in the fridge.
Do not defrost frozen berries. Do not take any other preparation steps, such as pre-measuring. We will do everything together in class.
