Shopping List
The shopping list is divided into two parts. Stuff you’ll need for Monday/Tuesday, and stuff for the last three days. I hope this makes is more manageable for you to shop.

Ingredients for Monday & Tuesday
Tapioca flour (starch), 580 grams/17 ounces
All-purpose flour, 600 grams/22 ounces
Yellow cornmeal (not white), 192 grams/7 ounces
Milk, 1 ½ cups/12 fluid ounces
Vegetable oil, 1/2 cup
Eggs, large, 7
Heavy Cream, 1 cups/8 fluid ounces
Buttermilk, 1 ½ cups/12 fluid ounces
Unsalted butter, 11 oz
Cheddar cheese, 227grams/8 ounces (or another semi-hard cheese for your cheese crackers)
Parmesan cheese, 1 ½ cups grated
Mozzarella cheese (low moisture), 1 cup shredded
Baking powder, 2 tablespoons
Baking soda, ½ tsp
Sugar, ¼ cup
Honey, ½ cup
Powdered sugar, just a teaspoon
Salt
Apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp
Equipment for Monday & Tuesday
Box grater
Large mixing bowl
Electric mixer, stand or hand held
Medium saucepan (at least 3 quarts)
Whisk
Rubber spatula
2 large baking pans or cookie sheets (ideally at least one of these should be a half-sheet pan that is about 18x13
Parchments paper
Aluminum foil
Rotary cutter like a pizza wheel or pastry cutter
Rolling pin
Ruler or measuring tape
Chop stick (optional for docking crackers)
8x8 glass baking dish or 9-inch cast iron skillet
Baking spray

Ingredients for Wednesday - Friday
Gruyere cheese (or other swiss you like), 4 oz
Monterey Jack cheese, 2 oz
Romano cheese, 1 oz
1 large white or yellow onion (or 2 medium/small onions)
Broccoli florets, 1 cup
Sliced mushrooms, 1 ½ cups
Potatoes, 6 medium (preferably yellow, but whatever you have will be fine)
Dried marjoram
Dried basil
Garlic powder
Salt
7 large eggs
Milk, 2 cups
Half-and-half, ½ cup
Cherry tomatoes, 1 pint
Sugar, 2 cup
Instant Yeast, 4 envelopes
Bread flour, 1 1/2 pounds
Assorted seeds/toppings for bagels, like everything bagel seasoning or whatever you’d like
All-purpose flour, 3 pounds
Unsalted butter, 9 tbsp
Honey, 2 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil, ½ cup (good quality as the flavor will come through)
Optional for focaccia: flaky sea salt, head of garlic, fresh rosemary
Equipment for Wednesday-Friday
Box grater
Large mixing bowls
Cutting board
Knife for chopping
Bench scraper (super helpful)
Electric mixer, stand or hand held
Medium saucepan (at least 3 quarts)
Large frying pan
Stock pot (for parboiling bagels)
Slotted spoon with a long handle or tongs for getting bagels out of water
Whisk
Rubber spatula
2 large baking pans or cookie sheets (ideally at least one of these should be a half-sheet pan that is about 18x13
9x13 baking pan if you don’t have a half sheet pan for focaccia
