Croissants (February 2022)
Consider this class keeping a New Year’s Resolution! Croissants are a miracle of butter and gluten. They are no joke to make. Learn to make these with me from start to finish. You’ll be able to freeze however many unbaked croissants as you’d like to save for later. Class takes place on February 19, 2022 from 9a-6p PST (yes, that’s right). There are several breaks during this all day class. Some easy prep the evening before is required. Recording will be available on January 10th.
This is a long class and requires some intense rolling. It is not appropriate for younger kids, but you are welcome to let them take a shot at it and aid them with rolling. Just be there as back up when they eventually decide to take a nap on the kitchen floor.
